The Minnesota Duck & Goose Callers Association was founded for the purpose and promotion of improved conservation education. It's primary goals are to provide for increased awareness by sportsmen of waterfowl calling techniques and practices. To this end, the association, through workshops, seminars, and calling competitions will strive to produce educational activities aimed at improving attitudes, ethics, and skills of the Waterfowlers of Minnesota.

It is hoped through increased awareness and the popularity of waterfowl calling, the sporting public will generate a greater respect for and the enjoyment of the state's natural resources.
